I am not liable for injuries that occur during sessions, damage to personal items, or unforeseen circumstances that may impact the session. In the rare event of equipment failure, illness, or emergency preventing photography services, refunds or rescheduled services will be provided according to the contract.

While I strive to provide the best possible experience, image results depend on factors such as cooperation, lighting, and environment. I cannot guarantee specific poses, shots, or outcomes, but I always do my best to capture the moments that matter most.
Final Product Guarantee
Clients agree to follow session guidance and communicate any preferences ahead of time. If children or pets are involved, the client is responsible for their behavior and safety during the session. No other photographers or videographers are allowed unless previously approved.

I may use images for social media, website, marketing, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before your session. If you prefer privacy, please let me know, I’m always happy to honor that request.

Images may not be altered with filters or edited by anyone else. Commercial or business use requires written permission or a commercial license.

Final images are delivered through an online gallery within the turnaround time stated in your contract. For weddings, sneak peeks are typically delivered within 48–72 hours. Raw or unedited images will never be provided under any circumstances.
